First time in state training, I couldn't complete the physical training. Haiz...
Stand in coach, Sammy(XD) aka SuperSam treat us with an add on of Coach Ed's running exercise with 20 pump jumps for every lap. A total of 10 laps.
You are thinking 30 of star jump vs 20 pump jump, should be a discount right?
NO!! It is hell lot more straining. Pushing your whole body weight down, behind and up, it is killing the thigh. Smart Sam, typical Mega Sales tactic, give you 50% discount but have to buy 2 to get it. Sweat.
So, 7th lap into the the run, I can barely finish 5 jumps in a row and my legs became shaky after junps.
What to do?
Gave up 10 jumps and continue with the run.
And opted to run on the outside to prevent from falling into the drain when my legs shut downs. haha.
This is the toughest ever since the introduction of this "mental strength training" session.
Wednesday.
Legs pain.
Every step reminds me of the unfinished run & the Bridge Run form cum $$$ handed over to Chris.
Ok la!
Today no outside audit, must go run!!(haven't run since the post of the same title. Sweat...)

Constant struggling in state training,
have been telling myself must do self training,
must go run ,
but every evening,
turn on PC,
butt stuck on the chair,
end of story.
Bought an pair of ASICS running shoe by mistake,
have been telling myself to make the mistake worthwhile,
must go run,
but same story lar...
burning 260 for nothing.
Finally, my debut.
Because?
Don't wanna mempersiasuikan myself on that day mar..
At least must keep up with Chris. haha.
Lets keep the momentum going!

i think the 1st 30 40 mins cant run lar cuz we always run after some serious training in state, so i assume in good condition we can tahan lar. i am a bit worried about the other half though. XD
