The Bridge Run

The Bridge Run.
25km for the second time.

Didn't lose any sleep about it,in fact I was reluctant to crawl up from the bed.
Chris on the other hand was sleepless.
Memorising the route, the slope and strategizing.

Objective:
Reach PW's tolls without stopping.
Finish by 3 hours.

Sitting the bus?
Sure won't sit wan la.
Walk whole course can out walk the bus some more.
haha...

Finish by 2hours 30mins?
Er...
Er...
......

People are vain.
They like to pose.
The flow was like snails at the starting line.
Crap~

Keeping to the left applies to all slow moving objects,
including you, you and YOU!!
But then, Malaysian don't like to follow rules, they prefer to cut queue.
That's the trend la.

Power gel sucks.
Looks cool holding it, like pro.
Label says "strawberry and banana."
Taste bud says "yucks and sucks."
Hand says "throw and dump."
Throat says "dry and die."
Mind says "vain and dumb."
Crap~

Power gel might be good.
The next few KM after the my self-torture was a breeze through.
Maybe I on form la. Nothing to do with Power Gel. *kembang*

Never stop while running.
First you feel light,dizzy and sleepy.
Then you feel heavy, tight and lazy.
Lost of momentum.
But don't stop how to get water?
Crap~

Water taste...
Nice?
Brilliant?
Superb?
Beyond verbal expression!!
Best liquid ever!!
A class of its own!!

Ice water?
Kills!
A cup of it and came along the problems.
Stomach aching.
Feels like shitting.
Crap~

Dreaming is a good dose of distraction.
To forget the weariness and pain, DREAM! XD

Eh, wake up la, not even half way through the course.

The human mind is weak.
Upon achieving primary objective, signs of weakness surfaces.
"Eh, still can? Wanna walk kah?"
"We start walking at the sign there then run again later."

When start walking, you keep walking.
You want to run but you walk.
You want to run but you pain.
You want to run but cramp.
You want to run but all in vain.
You walk. I walk. We walk.
And walk and walk and walk.
Crap~

Oasis exists here.
On top of the slope,
100 Plus and mineral water abundance.
HEAVEN wei~
So syok.
Drinking is never so satisfying.

25km in 2hours and 30mins is impossible?
Super Oxygen Tank, Deswyn run and run also 2hours 45mins nia.

An embarrassing 3hours 10mins.
Next year try harder lo...

OK la. Life the ban on it since Perth.

Next year aiming for 2hours 30mins
More training.
USM 10 rounds.
Lets go!!!

Once my right leg recover and I go get a pair of running shoe that we can start our heroic running adventure in USM.. Hehehehe..
